## Caption

Grilled pork steaks, my way. 

I usually make these like a regular pork shoulder, with BBQ sauce. This time I tried something different. No BBQ sauce, more veggies. And they were so good! 

Seared first, then finished in a pan with all the toppings until fork tender.
