We had the chance to talk with CBC News about what the tariffs mean for Canadian small businesses — and for us, the message is pretty simple:

We’re not going to whine about losing the USA. 🇨🇦

That’s beyond our control.

We’re Canadian business owners. We’re going to keep hustling, keep creating, keep showing up and keep looking for ways to grow.

But if Canadian small businesses are being encouraged to expand our reach beyond one market, we need help making that reach easier to access.

Canada is a country built on small businesses. They’re a huge part of who we are — maybe that’s part of what makes us Canadian. We’re resourceful. We’re resilient. We figure it out.

But resilience doesn’t mean doing it alone.

There are customers around the world who want Canadian-made products. Let’s make it easier for Canadian businesses to reach them.

So, Canada… we’re ready to do our part.

We’ll keep hustling.
We’ll keep innovating.
We’ll keep our elbows up.

Now let’s make sure Canadian small businesses have the tools and support to go farther. 🇨🇦
