- After four days of working 7am to 7pm shifts at my salaried job, getting up at 4.45am to write posts for St Clair Racing and Bentley Girls, and working on those businesses when I got home my desire for supper tonight is something cheap, quick to prepare and can be heaved into my pasta bowl and eaten with a spoon.

Uncouth I know but I'm tired!

Rachael the Waitrose Yellow Sticker Fairy came to my rescue this evening with her well stocked reduced price shelves.

Thai Green Chicken Meatballs reduced from £3.75 (US$4.88) to £1.80 (US$2.34). 

Coronation Chicken sandwich filler reduced from £2.40 (US$3.12) to £1.22 (US$1.59) and Potato Salad reduced from £1.30 (US$1.69) to 59 pence (US$0.80)

They are now sitting on my kitchen worktop and will shortly be eaten.
