This is one old dog who is happy to learn new tricks!

I meant to post this whilst I was in Coffee# 1 but completely forgot so am posting it from home.

The chocolate milkshake was divine................and cost the same as the racer back top I am wearing when it was new from eBay (the top not the milkshake!)

The bag of crisps (chips) that accompanied the milkshake cost the same as the white midaxi skirt I was wearing.

The Bookspeak FM interview went very well - I wasn't told that it was a live broadcast and the interviewer only did the intro and asked a few questions along the way to guide me.

I spoke unscripted for nearly an hour and enjoyed it.................my previous experience as a Methodist Lay Preacher preaching sermons was very usefuI.

I also know that I enjoy story telling - but I didn't know I enjoyed it that much!

Whilst much of the interview was backward looking to my past we did talk about St Clair Racing and how Naomi loved me back into life.

It was a real joy to be able to publicly honor this remarkable young woman I have the privilege of sharing my personal and professional lives with.

We ran out time to discuss Bentley Girls and my passion for midlife reinvention but this seems not to be a problem.

Not long after the interview I had an email from Bookspeak asking me to do a second interview so they can discuss with me all the stuff we didn't get time to talk about.

I am working with ChatGPT to research pricing and strategies for a personal reinvention mentoring business, and reinvention and inner healing public speaking - I did the strategic and pricing research after the interview this morning...........

................that has given me a long "To Do" list!

I will do the second interview once these two businesses have been established and all the work to add additional pages to the Bentley Girls website has been done.
