On the 29th of July, Tîm Cymru’s medal streak continued!

Para-Athletes shone in the Athletics, with aleddavies2012 winning Gold, Funmi_Oduwaiye winning Silver and Breeza.Cronin winning Bronze, all in the F42-44/F62-64 Discus 🥇🥈🥉

We also saw further success in the pool, with M4ttRichards winning his FOURTH medal of the games 🥈

Laurah.24 won Bronze in the 77kg Weightlifting, lifting a PB in the Clean and Jerk, and an overall PB of 224kg 🥉

Llongyfarchiadau i CariHughes! Cari ran a Welsh Record and PB in the 3000m Steeplechase during her games debut 🌟🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Bowls, Netball and Boxing continued with their campaigns, marking another busy and successful day of competition for our athletes 💪🏻🌟
