One month ago, we reached the halfway point of the Commonwealth Games 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Day 5 bought us a lot of excitement and success, with rubygrace89 bringing home the first Gold medal of the games for her incredible floor routine, capping off the Artistic Gymnastics campaign 🥇

m4ttrichards won his third medal of the games, winning silver in the 100m Freestyle Race 🥈

We also saw a third consecutive medal won by our IV Mixed Para Bowls Team (Julie Thomas, Steffan James, John Wilson, Jamie Jones), as they won Bronze in a nail biter match against New Zealand 🥉

lottywhalley178 achieved a new PB in the Clean and Jerk, while elaffion26 found more success in the pool, Swimming both a Welsh Record and a PB in the Women’s S13 50m Freestyle 💪🏻 Da iawn i’r ddwy ohonyn nhw!

The action didn’t stop there, as we saw:
