EXPLANATION:
These postures are from a very old viral social media balance challenge which highlights a real biological difference between men and women. It has nothing to do with fitness. But with gender. And biology. Women generally succeed because their center of gravity is 8% to 15% lower on their bodies (near the hips and pelvis) than men's, who carry more upper body mass and a higher center of gravity in the chest and shoulders. When support is removed, a higher center of mass causes men to tip forward.

For eg the second floor movement: When a person lifts their upper-body arm support and puts their arms behind their back, they must keep their center of gravity over their base of support. Because men's mass is top-heavy and higher up, removing arm support causes their center of gravity to shift past their support base, leading them to tip forward. Women's lower weight distribution makes it much easier to stay stable.
