Sharing everything with everyone can sometimes create unnecessary opinions, unwanted advice, gossip, comparison, or even opportunities for people to use your vulnerabilities against you.

Privacy isn’t secrecy. It’s a form of self-respect.

You don’t have to announce your next move before you make it. You don’t need to explain every decision to people who aren’t responsible for your life. And you certainly don’t need to prove your ambitions to people who constantly doubt you.
