Lando Norris is moving from world champion to team owner. The McLaren driver has partnered with British karting outfit Fusion Motorsport to launch LN4 Fusion, a new racing team set to compete in Formula 3 and Formula 4 starting in 2027.

The project also includes a young driver programme aimed at developing emerging talent through the European single-seater ladder. Norris, the reigning F1 champion, is putting his name and experience behind the next generation before they even reach the top level.
