A late summer fave! Farfalle tossed in a burst cherry tomato sauce topped with Burrata, crispy chicken cutlet, basil and balsamic glaze 🍅🍝

Ingredients:
1/2 lb. farfalle 
1 piece breaded chicken cutlet (cooked or raw)
�6 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 pints cherry tomatoes
Salt, to taste 
4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Parmigiano Reggiano, finely grated
4 oz. burrata
Balsamic glaze, to finish 
Extra virgin olive oil, to finish 
Basil chiffonade, for garnish
Pasta water, as needed
