1. You’re not too old to get good.

I thought starting later meant I would always be behind. It doesn’t.

2. Progress is NOT linear.

Some weeks you feel like you’re finally getting better. Then suddenly… you can’t hit a forehand. 😂 And that’s normal.

3. Your mental game matters just as much as your technique.

Tennis taught me that confidence doesn’t come first. It comes from showing up, practicing and surviving the bad days.

And honestly… I wish I knew all of this when I started.
