Everything I made for my client! Leaned heavily into a garden theme spread and it was the perfect summer menu 🌞 

Appetizers:
-Caprese cucamelon skewers
-Arancini with simple tomato sauce
-Crab cakes with a soy aioli and broccoli microgreens 

For dinner:
-Garden salad 
-NY strip with onion and shiitake mushroom sauce 
-Roasted salmon 
-Parmesan potato flowers
-Green bean variety with garlic chives 
-Grilled Zuchinni 

For dessert: 
-Stone fruit cobbler with vanilla bean ice cream
