Fire, flavour and a great crowd at brewerythebeast Vancouver. 

This year, elisasteak and our luigiandsons team came together over the flames, serving Blue Dot PEI Beef Back Ribs, slow-cooked over an open fire, finished with an aromatic Italian dry rub and vibrant salmoriglio of fresh herbs, citrus, garlic and olive oil.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to see us, shared a bite and made the day such a memorable one. We’re always grateful for the opportunity to come together with Vancouver’s culinary community and celebrate exceptional Canadian beef.
