Alliance PAC member Lauren White has been there—and she's sharing a few tips to help you make the most of those first conversations with college coaches.

• Be engaged, attentive, and respectful during every conversation.
• Listen closely to what coaches share about their program.
• Keep an open mind—even if it's not your dream school.
• Always thank coaches for their time and interest.
• Most importantly... don't stop working once the calls start.
