After three straight days inside, the Buccaneers were back outdoors Thursday for another day
of padded work at One Buc Place.

The defense once again stole the show.

David Walker continued his impressive camp, making an impact in the backfield throughout
practice and finishing with a would-be sack and a fumble recovery on the final play. Head coach
Todd Bowles praised Walker’s athleticism and speed as he continues returning from a torn ACL.

Josiah Trotter also made one of the biggest plays of the day, stopping Cade Otton short on
fourth down during the two-minute drill.

Meanwhile, the Bucs' run game continued to struggle, with most rushing concepts getting
stuffed at the line. The defense also made an impact in the screen game, including Rueben
Bain Jr., who blew up a Bucky Irving screen.

Emeka Egbuka returned to team drills, while Tez Johnson, Jalen McMillan, Alex Anzalone,
Tristan Wirfs and Vita Vea remained out of team work.
