The USF volleyball team swept the University of Alabama Birmingham 3-0 Sunday morning to claim their first AAC regular season championship in 22 years.

Head coach Jolene Shepardson, part of USF’s last title team, celebrated the milestone: “Oh, my heart is so full!”

The Bulls now look ahead to prepare for the AAC Tournament in Kansas this weekend to take on UAB again Friday at 6 p.m. in Wichita.
