As folks who have spent time in or around the restaurant industry know, it’s hard work to own a successful eatery. 

Between today’s economy, an uptick in foodborne illnesses, kitchen staff maintenance and a downward trend in alcohol consumption, it’s gotten even harder. 

The good news is that regardless of the challenges, many restaurants across the Island have persevered, with a handful celebrating milestone anniversaries this year.
