🍂 I’ve been longing for a day full of Fall baking, so sit as we make Pumpkin Chai Cinnamon Rolls, a classic in our house every Fall season!

☕️ Here’s what you need to try this at home:

Pumpkin Chai Dough:

3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chai-infused milk
2 1/4 tsp active yeast
1/2 cup pumpkin puree (not filling)
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
3 tbsp butter (softened & cubed)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp clove
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Filling:

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
8 tbsp butter (softened)

Chai Cream Cheese Frosting:

8 oz cream cheese
1 tbsp vanilla paste
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tbsp heavy cream
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp ground cardamom
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
