The Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope can capture at least 100 times more sky than Hubble in a single observation, while still delivering similarly sharp infrared images. Its massive 288-megapixel Wide Field Instrument could help astronomers survey billions of objects and uncover new clues about exoplanets, dark matter, dark energy, and the evolution of the universe.
