A few years ago, I bought a used Sony camera because I wanted better vacation photos, and somehow, it led me here. sonyalpha Kando.

Kando is Sony’s annual event where creators come together to connect, try out gear, and get inspired.

This was my first time being invited, and I’m so incredibly grateful I got to be part of it. Honestly, I still can’t believe my photography hobby has opened doors I never expected. I love my Sony fam!

My favorite part was meeting so many creative and encouraging people in real life, attending inspiring sessions, sharing stories, and spending time with people who understand the excitement of creating.

Also, we got to visit a Golden Retriever farm, which was basically a dream come true.

A huge thank you to the Sony team for putting together such an incredible experience, and to everyone I met throughout the week. I felt so welcomed, inspired, and lucky to be there. ❤️ 

Kando is a Japanese word that describes that feeling of awe and connection you get from experiencing something meaningful and beautiful. Looking back on the week, I think I felt that pretty much the entire time.
