I used to think I had to prove my worth through what I gave, what I tolerated, what I was willing to sacrifice. I over-explained. I over-performed. I made myself smaller so other people could feel comfortable around my light. 🕊️

Until I realized that proving was the very thing keeping me from feeling it.

Worthiness was never something I needed to earn or a mindset to achieve.

It was something I needed to stop negotiating away and start emobdying from the depths of my inner being.

It lives in how you hold yourself when no one is watching. In the moments you choose to stay instead of shrink. In every breath where you let yourself take up space without apology.
