🏔️ Two snowboarders got dropped off by a bus in a small rural Japanese village with no clear way to the mountain. A local shoveling snow nearby pulled out his phone to help them figure out a ride. The whole thing was settled in about 90 seconds on a snowy backroad somewhere in Japan’s interior. No app, no taxi, just a stranger with a shovel and a smartphone.
