Holding space for another human being is not casual work.

When someone comes to you asking for guidance, healing, clarity, regulation or a deeper understanding of themselves, they are often meeting you from a place of vulnerability… That carries enormous responsibility.

Integrity matters, and how you represent yourself matters. The way you communicate your experience, your training, your limitations and the scope of your work matters.

Within The Return™️, my work is informed by applied neuroscience, trauma informed care, nervous system regulation, relational dynamics and years of working closely with people in deeply personal spaces. None of that gives me permission to position myself above another person. It asks me to become even more accountable to how I hold them.

People deserve to feel safe enough to question you. They deserve honesty. They deserve congruence between the person you present publicly and the person they experience privately.

Trust should never be manufactured. Credibility should never be performed.

When someone places their healing, their story or their vulnerability in your hands, integrity is part of the care… PERIOD!.
