Hot Honey Roasted Garlic Cheesy Bread 🧄 🧀 🥖

Ingredients:

- 1 large piece of Italian bread
- 2 cups shredded low-moisture whole milk mozzarella
- ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- Mike’s Hot Honey extra hot , for drizzling

For the Roasted Garlic Hot Honey Butter

- 1 whole head of garlic
- 1 stick (½ cup) softened butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1½ tbsp Mike’s Hot Honey extra hot
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Slice a small amount off the top of the garlic head to expose the cloves. Drizzle with a little olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 35–45 minutes, until soft and golden.
3. Make the Roasted Garlic Hot Honey Butter:
 
  Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves into a bowl and mash until smooth. Add the softened butter, olive oil, Mike’s Hot Honey Extra Hot, parsley, Parmesan, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.
 
4. Place the Italian bread cut-side up in the oven and toast for 4 minutes.
5. Remove from the oven and spread a generous layer of the roasted garlic hot honey butter over the bread.
6. Mix the mozzarella, Monterey Jack, and Parmesan together, then generously add the cheese over the bread.
7. Bake at 400°F for 8–10 minutes, until the cheese is fully melted.
8. Broil for 1–2 minutes, watching closely, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
9. Finish with a generous drizzle of Mike’s Hot Honey Extra Hot , plus a little parsley and Parmesan if desired.
10. Slice and serve hot.
