✈️ TAKE OFF AFRAID.

I was in my 50s when I learned to fly an airplane.

And flying taught me something about confidence that changed the way I look at fear:

Confidence doesn’t come before you do the scary thing.
It comes because you did it.

We spend so much time waiting to feel ready.
Waiting to feel brave.
Waiting for the fear to disappear.

But sometimes… you have to take off afraid.

Do it with the shaking hands.
Do it with the doubt.
Do it before you feel completely ready.

Because every time you prove to yourself that you can do something that scares you, you build a little more trust in yourself.

And THAT is where confidence comes from. ❤️
