At 54, I stopped asking, “What am I supposed to do?” and started asking a different question:

What do I want?

I wanted to fly. ✈️
So I did.

But sitting in that cockpit, fear was right there with me.

I could have shut the engine off. Stepped out of the plane. Gone right back to the safety of the life I already knew.

Or I could trust myself.

And I chose me.

That moment taught me something I carry with me today: courage isn’t waiting until fear disappears. Sometimes courage is moving forward while fear is sitting right beside you.

You are not too old.
It is not too late.
And the life you want may be waiting on the other side of one decision:

Trust yourself.
