I’ll be honest — the last 3 years haven’t been consistent.

My diet has been a yo-yo.
My training has been a yo-yo.

I’ve had weeks where I haven’t trained at all. Rest days that somehow turned into 3 or 4 days. Times where motivation completely disappeared.

Then I’ve had periods where I’ve given 100%.
Other times 90%, 80%… even 60%.

But one thing I’ve always done is come back.

Because fitness gives me something that goes way beyond how my body looks.

It gives me structure.
Routine.
Discipline.
And most importantly, it changes how I feel about myself.

These photos are me starting again at 71.6kg.

Right now I’m training 4–5 times a week MAX. No structured cardio — mainly steps, with the occasional 10–20 minutes when I feel like it.

I’ve also just come back from 4 weeks in Turkey. I didn’t train much, but I tried my best with my food — and that’s something I’ve learned to hold onto even when my training isn’t perfect.

Because taking time away from the gym doesn’t automatically mean losing everything you’ve built. Sometimes your body actually needs the recovery.

But your nutrition matters. A LOT.

You don’t have to be perfect to have a good physique.
You don’t have to train 7 days a week.
And you definitely don’t have to throw everything away because you’ve had a bad week.

Fitness isn’t about never falling out of routine. It’s about knowing how to find your way back.

And this is me finding my way back again. 🖤

71.6kg — starting point. Let’s see what we can build from here.
