BREAKING: The NBA has stripped the Clippers of five first-round picks and fined owner Steve Ballmer $30 million following its investigation into salary-cap circumvention involving Kawhi Leonard, per shams 

Steve Ballmer, Lawrence Frank and Gillian Zucker have also been suspended. Leonard will pay $700,000 in restitution but will not be suspended, and his contract remains valid.
