Meet the Hugo 75, a bright and elegant cocktail featuring our Empress 1908 Indigo Gin, zesty fresh lime, delicate elderflower liqueur, fragrant mint, and a sparkling wine finish. 💜🍋

Crisp, citrusy, floral and effortlessly refreshing. Basically, everything you want in a summer sip—with a little extra sparkle. 😉

Hugo 75
1½ oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin 
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice 
¾ oz Elderflower Liqueur 
½ oz Simple Syrup 
4-5 Mint Leaves, plus more for garnish 
Dry Sparkling Wine, to top 
 
METHOD: Add Empress 1908 Indigo Gin, elderflower liqueur, simple syrup, lime juice, and mint leaves to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. In an ice filled glass, add the sparkling wine, and fine strain the cocktail over this. Garnish with a mint bouquet, and enjoy!
