A little dark, a little playful, and definitely too intriguing to save for October. Save this one for later and bring it out when Halloween season arrives. 🎃🍂🦇

EYEBALL HIGHBALL
* 1½ oz Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin, split
* ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
* ½ oz Crème de Cassis
* ½ oz Licor 43
* Soda Water
* Lychee & Blueberry, for garnish

METHOD:
To a Collins glass, add lemon juice, liqueurs, and ¾ oz of gin and stir to combine. Add ice, top with soda water (leaving room for gin), and float with remaining ¾ oz of gin. Garnish with a piece of lychee filled with a blueberry and enjoy!
