Former Atlanta radio host Darian Morgan, known as #BigTigger, will not face prosecution over allegations that he pushed his wife head-first into a door. Morgan was arrested in June on charges of battery and child cruelty.

Court documents confirmed that the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office has decided not to prosecute him. According to the arrest affidavit from May, Morgan and his wife, #AliciaBrown, were involved in an argument at their home concerning text messages he allegedly received from a female co-worker. During the altercation, he was accused of using force to move Brown, causing her to stumble head-first into an office door.

Following these accusations, Morgan chose to step away from his long-running Atlanta radio show, “The Big Tigger Morning Show,” on V-103. Additionally, his estranged wife was later arrested on Interstate 85 in Hart County, near the South Carolina border, on kidnapping and custodial interference warrants related to a missing persons case from 2019 out of Baltimore, Maryland. 📸:gettyimages (SWIPE) ✍🏾:#TSRStaffJR
