#TSRUpdatez: Roomies, #KroyBiermannJr the eldest son of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, has officially been indicted on seven charges in Georgia, including aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, and aggravated sexual battery.

According to tmz_tv, per court documents, a grand jury indicted Kroy Jr. on Thursday in connection with allegations made by a female classmate. The charges stem from an alleged incident in a gym changing room, where the girl accused Kroy Jr. of sexually assaulting her.

The indictment includes charges of aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a child under 16, and false imprisonment. One of the sexual battery charges alleges that Kroy Jr. touched the girl’s buttocks without her consent.

As we previously reported, Kroy Jr. was arrested last month following a months-long investigation into the allegations. His mother, Kim Zolciak, previously spoke out following his arrest and denied that her son had done anything wrong. On Wednesday, Kroy Jr. reportedly asked a judge to grant him bond, with his attorneys pointing to his academic record, scholarship offers, and strong ties to the community.
