The former Super Bowl 50 MVP offered Dallas Cowboys teammate Hunter Luepke a lifetime supply of chicken from his company, Greener Pastures Chicken in exchange for the number.

Rather than takin the chicken, Luepke had a counter offer: stake in the company.

Long story short, Miller and Luepke reached a deal which gave equity in the company to Luepke in exchange to #40 for Miller🤝
