Today we ate the most Idaho meal in Idaho. spud.daddy.official is loaded baked potatoes down a Chipotle-style line, Sun Valley 40-count russets that weigh about a pound and a quarter, topped with brisket, garlic chicken, or smoked pit ham, and then roughly 28 toppings after that. Whole menu’s gluten free too.
