Today we tried Boise’s best Korean fried chicken!! hanschimaek does (chicken + beer) right, with a thin shatter-crisp crust fried in beef tallow. We went with the signature Yangnyum (sweet, spicy, savory) and the Creamy Onion. Boneless, wings, or whole bird, you can’t lose.
