In 2017, 14-year-old Tomokazu Harimoto became the youngest ever winner of an ITTF World Tour Men’s Singles title at the 2017 Czech Open.

And he did it by overcoming top seed Timo Boll in the final, coming back to win 4-2 after dropping the second and third games.
