As a kid, I experienced cold showers a few times as a punishment. I grew up with that association, so even as an elite athlete, I hated ice baths. I could never understand how someone like @ryanjgiggs could do one after every training session! 🥶😂

Spending two weeks with @iceman_hof was a real lesson for me. But what you see in this video wasn’t a show-off moment or me trying to prove a point.

Looking back, I pushed myself way too far. I felt completely calm in the moment, but when I got out, my body reacted strongly and I started shaking. Soo actually I wasn't proud to be a mad man 🤦‍♀️

Mental strength is about challenging yourself — but also knowing when to stop. Don’t copy this or push yourself beyond your limits. Your safety always comes first. 🙏🏾
