I used to wake up aligned with the world.

My phone. Other people’s opinions. Comparison. Noise.

Then I realized I was letting the world shape me before I even had a chance to hear myself.

Now, I choose to align with God first.
To reconnect with myself.
To get my mind, body, and heart in the right place.

And when I do, I don’t enter the world looking for direction.

I enter it already grounded.
