Women in STEM really deserve better guidance. We need information on our legal right , resources, and action we can take when it comes to issues regarding pumping, maternity leave, sexual harassment, discrimination, workman’s comp, childcare, disability accommodations, menstruation product access, FMLA, field work, travel, wage discrimination, and unlawful termination. 

What do you do if you get laid off?

What do you do if you are diagnosed with a chronic illness?

Not just shallow networking advice, like make the font on your resume darker or do a superman’s pose before entering a meeting (yes I’ve been told this).
