Talking about her health journey, she said she made a decision to “live right” and take better care of the temple God gave her.

But what stood out to me was this:

“The same God I experience when I’m on the stage leading worship, I found Him in the gym.”

I love this because it shows that wellness can look different for everyone. For Tasha, the gym became more than a place to exercise, it became a place of clarity, connection and worship.
