I’ve spent over 20 years as a vegan and 18 bodybuilding, but one thing I still need to do a better job with is recovery.

Most bodybuilders focus on training, nutrition, cardio and supplements, as we should. But we often overlook deep tissue work.

While at the vegansquadcoaching House this August we had go_gretch_go over (of karunabodyworks ) and since she’s a licensed massage therapist I couldn’t turn down this opportunity. This massage was genuinely one of the best I’ve had. I LOVE deep tissue work and how much it can help reduce soreness, improve recovery and increase range of motion. The universe keeps throwing me signs to slow down and take care and this is just yet another one. Thank you again Gretchen for flying all the way out to meet the Squad 💚🙏💪
