Every connection begins as a mirror.

Some mirrors show you what you love. Some show you what is still asking to heal. And some relationships reveal an unspoken contract:

‘I will stay small so I do not lose you. I will accept less than I need. I will keep repeating what hurts because it is familiar.’

But you can change the contract, beginning with the one you have with yourself.

Acknowledge what happened without pretending it was nothing. Appreciate the lesson without romanticising the pain. Allow the growth without using it as a reason to remain where your truth is not met.

Ask yourself: What did I agree to believe about myself here? What am I ready to release? What good am I available to receive now?

Say it: I did not agree to be stuck in a story that has already taught me what I needed to learn. I allow love, clarity, reciprocity, and more of the good to meet me differently.
