The first Shaw Strength Summit is officially in the books.

Honestly, I’m still trying to take it all in. This weekend was about so much more than lifting weights. It was about bringing people together, creating an environment where everyone could push themselves, work hard, and see what they were capable of.

Watching everyone train, compete, hang out, and just enjoy the weekend together was really cool to see. That’s what I wanted this to be about from the beginning.

To everyone who came up to me throughout the weekend to say hello, take a picture, or share your story, I appreciate those moments more than you probably realize. I’ve spent most of my life chasing strength and competing, but weekends like this remind me that the people you meet and the community you build along the way are what really matter.

This was the first Shaw Strength Summit, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.
