I don’t like getting complaints. But I’ve learned to appreciate what they can expose.

We had an issue at one property where something was missed.

Instead of just fixing that ONE problem, I asked myself:

How do we make sure this doesn’t happen anywhere else?

That complaint led us to strengthen our before-and-after photo system across our properties.

Now we’re documenting the work, creating more accountability, and giving our clients another layer of quality control.

That’s one thing entrepreneurship taught me:

Don’t just fix the complaint. Fix the system that allowed the complaint to happen. 💯
