THE TALENT IS ALREADY THERE.

One of the points I made during my recent Sky Sports News interview was that we need to stop looking at South Asian communities and asking whether the talent exists.

It does.

The challenge for football is making sure that talent is identified, developed and given a genuine opportunity to progress.
