Update: 9:10

Mainline fiber has been replaced.  Crews are splicing the fiber.  As each splice is made more customer’s service will be restored.   

OUTAGE ALERT (09/05/26) 6:00PM:

We have suffered our second fiber damage of the day. We appreciate everyone avoiding shooting the lines for the most part. However, this line affects a large area. The following areas may be affected:
Ravenwood, CR 251, CR 141, CR 395, Road 1, Old Payne Place, Ridge Farm Drive, Mound Springs, and Birmingham Ridge.

We will repair the damage as soon as possible. Crews are currently on site, with more on the way. This repair will take a few hours.

We apologize for the inconvenience and interruption, and we appreciate your patience while our crews work to get everyone back online.
