This was the first time I ever made a focaccia pizza. I have previously used another recipe for a focaccia bread but it wasn’t good and the results didn’t turn out like the King Arthur one.
I followed the recipe to a T. Made no changes. 
After 4 stretch and pulls you’re supposed to be leave the dough. My kitchen is quite cold and I wanted a good rise, So I put it in a super warm place. 
I realize my pizza could have risen better, But for my first time I was so happy! 
This is a very beginner friendly recipe. Start in the morning, set yourself an hour to do 4 stretch and pulls before you let it do its thing for the rise. 
Use good quality products
@kingarthurbaking Flour
@getgraza Olive Oil
@maldonsalt Sea salt

Notes
-The blog post says not to put anything too wet, So I went with leftover chicken and beef pepperoni & some corn.
-The blog post also recommends to do a layer of cheese before adding the toppings.
-I absolutely love the pizza seasoning from Target. It’s a must have for pizza lovers.
-This fed my family of 5. I would absolutely make this all over again.
- just follow the recipe as it is
