Starring an ensemble cast of YA favorites like Sofia Wylie, plus ‘Traitors’ and ‘Bachelorette’ alum Gabby Windey, The Body will certainly thrust #MarcelRuiz into the spotlight. The Puerto Rican actor first came on the scene in the four-season family comedy ‘One Day at a Time,’ and he currently stars in ‘Summer of Three,’ which earned two prestigious awards at the 2026 Tribeca Film Festival. On the horizon, catch him in the horror flick ‘4x4: The Event’ with Sophia Lillis, Jaden Smith, Dylan Minnette, and Jacob Tremblay.

My first choice would be Oscar Isaac because I love him as an actor and I think we do kind of look alike. Robert Pattinson because I think he can do anything. He’s one of the best chameleons of an actor out there.

First splurge purchase?
I was 13 years old. I spent $800 on an Off-White x Champion collab hoodie. It was purple and it was the first time that I was like, Oh, wow, I can use my money and the card goes through.

Celebrity red carpet outfit that lives rent-free in your head?
Frank Ocean in the Met Gala when he pulled up with the green robot doll.
