After working with supernatural-loving writer/producer/director Mike Flanagan on ‘Midnight Mass’ and ‘The Midnight Club,’ #IgbyRigney, 23, is now the lead in Murphy’s theshardsfx, Hulu and FX’s adaptation of Bret Easton Ellis’s novel of the same name about a serial killer targeting rich, teenage Angelenos. Playing the character of Bret, Rigney shines alongside #KaiaGeber, #HomerGere, and Hayes Warner. He’s no stranger to a murder plotline: “My first job was on ‘Blue Bloods’—I was playing a kid suspected of killing his girlfriend.”

Who should play you in your biopic?
Walker Scobell. I think he’s a fantastic actor. It would be an honor to have him play me at some point. Blonde, blue eyes. We’re about the same age-ish. Good looking guy.

First splurge purchase?
A trip to Japan. I really want to go to Hokkaido. I’ve done Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, and Kiso, but I’ve never gotten to the north of Japan.
