At PLDT, Store Genie has saved over 61,000 hours of customer wait time, reduced L2 ticketing by 50%, and scaled from 5 stores to 140 in just weeks. The demo showcases how a store representative uses natural language to diagnose a failed SIM provisioning, apply an automated resolution, and even process a personalized upsell offer, all without switching between systems. Store Genie will soon be available on AWS Marketplace as a SaaS offering for global telecom operators looking to transform their frontline customer experience.
